Graceful vs hard shutdown options

1. Open your Cloud Hosting service and select the VM.
2. Open the Power menu.
3. Click Shutdown for a graceful stop (recommended).
4. Use Force Stop only if the VM is unresponsive.
5. Confirm and monitor the Operation Log until complete.

• Prefer Shutdown for a graceful stop. Use Force Stop only when required.
