Detaching a Volume from a VM

Disconnecting a volume safely

1. Open your Cloud Hosting service.
2. Go to Volumes and locate the attached volume.
3. Open Actions → Detach.
4. Confirm and monitor the Operation Log until detached.

• Detaching a non-persistent volume may result in data loss depending on your configuration.
